Experience Works constantly explores ways to expand and enhance its services. It continues its longstanding successful record as the largest operator of the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP). The SCSEP provides older Americans who are economically challenged with opportunities to learn and gain new skills while performing community service for nonprofits and government agencies. Experience Works actively partners with the business community to identify and develop the underused and highly qualified mature workforce in strategic ways that improve both business productivity and the workplace environment of older Americans.
