To promote minority businesses in the State of North Dakota. |
| SERVICES AVAILABLE: |

The MCA provides certification to businesses owned and operated by minority individuals, as well as certifying joint venture and/or subcontract agreements. Additional technical assistance is available upon request. The MCA prepares and maintains a directory of certified firms, which is available upon request. On an annual basis, the MCA hosts a conference that focuses on contract procurement, financing, marketing, federal and state regulations, technology, and other business-related matters. |
