The Skalicky Tech Incubator and the Ina Mae Rude Entrepreneur Center at the University of North Dakota offer affordable, flexible, turnkey office space. The incubators are dedicated to supporting the growth of early stage technology-based ventures providing a supportive, creative, and entrepreneurial environment that fosters innovation, collaboration and teamwork.

Flexible solutions make it affordable to grow your venture in the incubator. Tenant and client fees are agreed upon in advance of assistance. Assistance from the Center for Innovation staff is included in the fee.

Services are available to North Dakota and regional entrepreneurs, and alumni from around the nation.
