Food Export-Midwest is a non-profit organization composed of 12 Midwest state agricultural promotion agencies created to assist and educate Midwest producers and processors of value-added food on exporting. Food Export-Midwest programs are designed to assist you with the entire exporting process from learning the fundamentals of exporting to identifying overseas opportunities and potential distributors.

- FOOD EXPORT HELPLINE: Customized export assistance on a wide variety of export-related topics from "connection to collection." It's a great resource to help US suppliers identify the top export markets for their product(s).
- BUYERS' MISSIONS: Bring foreign buyers to the United States to meet directly with US suppliers. Usually is in conjunction with a trade show in the United States.
- MARKET BUILDER: Available in 18 markets, such as Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia, Mexico, Canada, India and China. Customized store and price check and shelf survey of similar products in the market. It also offers analysis and product feedback from reputable importers and distributors.
- FOOD SHOW PLUS! Provides in-market and value-added support at international trade shows. The list of services is customized for each show, but may include: pre-show feedback on the competitive position of your product, translation of company profile, on-site interpreters, pre-arranged meetings with potential buyers, industry guided tours and follow-up assistance after the show.
- BRANDED PROGRAM: Small businesses can receive 50% reimbursement for a wide variety of international marketing and promotional activities including advertising, in-store promotions, international trade shows, public relations and freight costs for samples.
