The ND Trade Office is a private-public partnership between the ND Department of Commerce, the ND District Export Council and the state's business community.

The Trade Office is working for North Dakota businesses to expand their sales in high-demand foreign markets.
Since its formation in 2004, the Trade Office has performed
international market research for many companies, helping them identify
export markets best suited for their products and services.
The Trade Office has developed a large network of International
Business Resources - experts in global trade that are dedicated to
North Dakota and ready to help companies capitalize on their export
opportunities. The Trade Office works closely with the ND Department of
Commerce, the ND Department of Agriculture, the U.S. Commercial Service
as well as other state and federal agencies to ensure that businesses
get the support they need to expand into the global marketplace.
