Step Two: Feasibility:  What do we have to answer to know whether or not we can be successful?

B. Determining costs and who will pay, time schedules, milestones.
C. Agreeing on standards of success' rate of return, volume of business, level of investment, size of operation, market-share anticipated.
D. Selection of consultant and participation in the study process.
E. Go/no-go decision.
Step Three: Organizing the Business

B. Selecting accounting staff.
C. Selecting legal counsel.
D. Writing business plan.

2. Process plan/staffing/equipment facilities.
3. Operational plan.
4. Finance plan.
5. Incorporation/association/bylaws.

E. Selling equity shares/arranging financing.

Step Four: Starting the Business
  A. Announcing results of equity drive.
B. Hiring staff.
C. Building/acquiring facilities.
D. Marketing.
E. Annual meeting, election of permanent directors.
