  The first nationally designated scenic byway in North Dakota follows the ancient Native American footpaths and pioneer wagon trails along the breathtaking Sheyenne River Valley. Enjoy 40 interpretive panels revealing the history, geology and natural features along the sixty-three mile route. Paved from Baldhill Dam to Kathryn, it continues as a gravel road to Lisbon.
