Prairie West Development Foundation (PWDF) is a non-profit 501-C4 foundation that focuses on building long-term partnerships for leadership and business relationships for Golden Valley and Billings Counties in Southwestern North Dakota. It serves the communities of Beach, Golva, Sentinel Butte in Golden Valley County and Medora, Fryburg and Fairfield in Billings County.
This foundation helps provide business and financial assistance to existing, start-up and recruited businesses; provides contacts with bankers, business organizations and venture capitalists. The foundation also provides technical assistance in the acquisition of grants, loans and other available funds as well as business incentives such as tax deferments, tax exemptions and interest buy-downs.
