| PURPOSE: |

To provide a variety of grant, loan and technical assistance programs and services to private and public entities. |
| FINANCING SERVICES AVAILABLE: |
| |
- CAPITAL Fund: Loans of $5,000 to $100,000; rates as low as 4 percent; $2 private for each $1 CAPITAL required as minimum match; most types of debt financing except refinancing; collateral subordinations and deferments possible; guarantees may be required; must create or retain jobs.
- CAPITAL II Fund: Similar to the CAPITAL Funds, except 1:1 match required, loans may be up to $250,000.
- CDLF Fund: Similar to the CAPITAL Funds, with a 1:1 match required, but equity financing and grants for infrastructure that support business for low income job creation.
- MicroLoans: At-market loans of up to $35,000 to businesses for non-real estate financing, except refinancing.

Burleigh, Emmons, Grant, Kidder, McLean, Mercer, Morton, Oliver, Sheridan and Sioux counties, although some areas may be disqualified for certain programs. |
