PURPOSE:
  The ND SBDC is a university-based program which provides high quality, confidential assistance in the form of counseling, training, and research to existing and prospective North Dakota small businesses resulting in job creation and economic wealth.
SERVICE(S) AVAILABLE:
 

ND SBDC provides one-on-one counseling and assistance answering business-related questions, discussing ideas, solving problems, and providing guidance on virtually any aspect of small business management. These sessions are typically 60 to 90 minutes in length and are at no cost to the entrepreneur.

The SBDC also sponsors free and low-cost workshops, seminars, and conferences aimed at providing continuing education in essential business management. More and more of their popular workshops are being made available to registered users online at www.ndsbdc.org.

GEOGRAPHICAL AREA SERVED:
  The SBDC has offices located in Grand Forks, Grafton, Devils Lake, Fargo, Jamestown, Bismarck, Dickinson, Williston and Minot. Satellite offices are located in Fort Yates and Belcourt.  Counselors also travel to surrounding communities upon request.

  The SBDC program is sponsored by the Small Business Administration, the University of North Dakota, the Economic Development & Finance Division of the State of North Dakota, the Dakota Certified Development Corporation, and numerous regional partners.
