Fannie Mae helps make the dream of homeownership a reality for more American families by providing financial products and services that increase the availability and affordability of mortgage credit for low, moderate and middle income families.
Staff can assist community leaders in how projects can be structured to meet Fannie Mae guidelines and the resources Fannie Mae has available. Fannie Mae does not do direct lending and will work with local lenders and community groups to assist in meeting community needs.
